Over the past couple of years Kingslandv Architects Inc. has been commissioned by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Canada, Inc. to assist in the tenant fit-up of five floors at

4 King Street West in Toronto.

The five floors consist of Herman Miller workstations configured for open office workspaces, new flooring throughout, reconfiguration of ceiling spaces, design of kitchenette areas, auxiliary spaces and meeting rooms.   The conference rooms were designed to incorporate video conferencing capable of communicating with personnel internationally.  The reception area was designed with a custom reception desk, specialty lighting and a touch screen monitor for meeting room bookings.
